Upon returning after the full clean, I noticed that only the sink has been cleaned. She informed me that a full clean only happens every 7 days and that I could request a full clean, which I did ( had been a resident for 4 days at this point). I reported this to the front desk and the following day to a seemingly nonchalant Management.
The toilet and shower had not been cleaned either. There was mouthwash residue and hair on the sink from the morning before I left for work. The first time I requested my room to be cleaned I noticed that only the bed was made. The only way I would ever stay at this hotel again would be if there were zero other options.
